My Journey to the Fitness and Wellness industry started when I left for the Military after September 11th. Joining the Military subsequently and naturally progressed me to another career of Law Enforcement. During my tenure of over 13 years of being in the field of both, Military and Law Enforcement; I found the value and importance of being physically fit as well as how important it is for your recovery, rehabilitation and healing while my body was going through rigorous training and experiences.Â
I gained the importance of a demanding  healthy lifestyle in order to be affective in the fields and obstacles I faced in my personal everyday living. I gained an understanding as to what was needed in order for me to reach my goals in fitnesss, in order to be affective throughout my daily duties. After my time in service, I gained an appreciation and interest in what the body can do for us as well as what we can do for our body. This interest took me down a path to obtain a degree in Health and Fitness. I later on realized and experienced the affects of healing and how important healing and overall wellness and affect your performances in the work field, sporting field or every day functionalities. I gained value and started to appreciate the process our bodies go through when they are put through demanding and stressful every day occurrences.Â
Knowing how to build a body and maintain was one aspect. Understanding how to nurture your body, heal your body and improve your overall wellness was my next natural progression. I have obtained training, experience and certification in the manipulation of your body'S tissue to promote well being, tissue facilitation that promotes healing and progressive recovery, overall relaxation to promote better body functionality internally(organs) or structurally(muscles, bones, tissue).Â
